By registering for the Janus Charity Challenge I agree that I have read, understand and will adhere to all program guidelines and requirements as described at www.januscharitychallenge.com. I understand that Janus Capital Management LLC or its parent company, affiliates and subsidiaries (“Janus”), Ironman North American and World Triathlon Corporation do not collect any monies, and the transfer of funds is a transaction between Kintera, the individual donors, the Janus Charity Challenge athletes and their beneficiaries. I release, waive, forever discharge and promise not to sue Janus and their respective shareholders, officers, directors, trustees, agents, employees and all others on their behalf, from all claims, demands, suits, actions and cause of action relating to any loss which I or my beneficiaries may sustain in any way connected with the use of the Janus Charity Challenge website, including but not limited to, the transfer of funds using the Janus Charity Challenge website. I have read this Release and understand that I have agreed to assume the risks and grant the releases stated in this Release in consideration for registering for the Janus Charity Challenge and use of the Janus Charity Challenge website. I understand it is a release in full settlement and satisfaction of all present and future claims, whether known or unknown, including any future developments whether anticipated or not. I fully understand the meaning of the terms of this Release and I have freely agreed to be bound by its terms.
