Join me in my efforts to support National Rehabilitation Hospital!
On November 10th, my father survived a stroke. He was taken to Anne Arundel Medical center for 5 days and then transported to National Rehabilitation Hospital to begin rehabilitation. The wonderful folks at NRH took care of my father for the next 33 days. He is now home for the remainder of his rehabilitation.
On July 26th, I will be competing in my fourth Ironman in Lake Placid, NY. Every year, Janus sponsors the Janus Charity Challenge where competitors may raise funds for the charity of their choice. Because of the wonderful care at NRH, I am raising funds on their behalf.
